1 chicken
2 eggs
150 gr flour
150 gr bread crumbs
300 ml
oil
1 lemon
salt and pepper to taste
Cut the chicken into pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Each piece roll in flour, egg and finally in bread crumbs.
Bake on high heat first, then resize it. During the baking several times turn
over pieces. Garnish with thin lemon rings.
