4 sausages
1 clove of garlic
1 onion
½ cup dark beer
1 tsp honey
2 tbsp ketchup
salt
Cut lengthwise each sausage, but in a way that they stay
connected on one side. Spread inner side with mashed garlic and sprinkle a bit of salt
and add the finely chopped onion. Put them in the pan. Mix honey with ketchup,
pour dark beer, stir well and pour over sausages. Bake in the oven for about 20
minutes. Serve with fresh bread.
