Arugula and red currants salad
150 gr arugula
100 currants
50 gr Parmesan
1 tbsp honey
salt
Washed arugula leaves put in the bowl along with the red currants
and leave in the fridge to cool. When cooled, sprinkle with Parmesan and add 1 tbsp of honey.
