600 gr pork steak
oil
salt
pepper
1 tbsp flour
100 ml cream
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp ketchup
1 onion
150 gr mushrooms
cream
Beat steaks and fry in oil. Add the flour, chopped
mushrooms, mustard, ketchup, chopped onion in a saucepan and fry all for five
minutes. Pour the hot water, cover and cook for 15 minutes. Add the cream, stir
and remove from heat. Serve with a green salad and rice.
