1 pounds zucchini
1 cream
100 ml oil
Salt
100 gr flour
2 eggs
1 garlic clove
Cut zucchini into slices, sprinkle with salt and leave them
to release water. Mix flour, water and egg, dip zucchini in it, and fry them in
hot oil. Order them at the bottom of the bowl, coat with cream, sprinkle with
chopped garlic, and repeat the process until you spend ingredients.
